What's inside
From enrollment to report cards — JIGOE handles the full academic workflow so you can focus on education. Every record is kept for good, so results are never lost to time. New modules are on the way, tagged below.
Create classroom arms, assign form masters, enroll students, and manage your entire school structure with ease.
Daily attendance registers with Present, Absent, Late, and Holiday markers — tracked per class every term.
Flexible CA columns, exam entries, teacher submission workflow, and admin review — all in one place.
Auto-compiled results with class positions, averages, grades, and downloadable PDF report cards each term.
Separate secure login portals for school admins, teachers, and students — each with the right access level.
Track neatness, punctuality, honesty, and leadership ratings per student, printed directly on the report card.
Every result ever compiled stays on file for good. A student — or former student — can return years later and still view any past term's report card.
Computer-based tests taken directly on the platform, auto-graded and fed straight into the gradebook.
Termly invoices, online payment collection, and balance tracking — right inside the parent and admin portals.
Auto-built class timetables mapped to teachers, subjects and rooms, visible on every portal.
Announcements and attendance alerts sent straight to parents, even without a smartphone.
Built for every role
Every person in your school gets their own tailored portal — built for how they work.
Full oversight — manage staff, students, subjects, academic periods, and reports from one dashboard.
Take attendance, enter scores, submit mark sheets, and manage your classroom from your teacher portal.
Log in with your admission number to view subjects, check results, and access your terminal report card.
A dedicated parent login to follow attendance, results and — once live — fee balances for every child.
